Steve Blackman It's a mystery why Steve Blackman, what with his raging entrance theme and jumbo-tron video of a glow-in-the-dark kendo sticks demonstration, didn't make it in the WWF. Perhaps he shouldn't have started all of his entries to the rumble with a dizzying array of mid-section kicks.
